Givenchy Sketches

I found these fashion sketches at 1stdibs. They are Givenchy fashion sketches from the 1980's. This may be the best 80's fashion has ever looked. I love the vibrancy and energy of the sketches. They were drawn to introduce the concepts of that season's line.

The vintage dealer, Katy Kane, has collected these sketches that are now for sale. When I look at the sketches I feel I am a part of Givenchy's design and thought process for his collection. Amazing.

Rue Lafayette

Rue Lafayette is a charming cafe and boutique. It is a Bohemian delight of delicious tastes and vintage shopping. It is one of my favorite places to hang out. I like it for an am meal, a pm meeting or a little music on the weekend.
