The art of Andy Warhol is a favorite of mine. His use of pop culture in art is outstanding. Warhol considered celebrities the nobleman and royals of his time. His infatuation with celebrity and his signature portraits were a perfect combination. The portraits brought him both fame and fortune.

Warhol wanted to do all of his portraits the same size,40 X 40. His hope was that someday the Metropolitan Museum of Art would produce an exhibit of all of his portraits. That would truly be amazing.
